I made a transition from Hi-tech into Real Estate sales feeling confident that my experience with technology and customer service would help me to become an excellent realtor, as I know how to make full use of the available technology to market your home to today's online buyers. I also have extensive experience in home renovation and repair. I have worked with and for contractors over the last 10 years building additions and doing bathroom and kitchen renovations. This experience helps me price your home as well as to inform you on what types of features buyers are looking for. The majority of homes have some very minor repairs that can end up stalling the closing process; I can help identify these so that you can get your home sold in a timely and efficient manner.
